Director/PDMR Shareholding

Intercede, a leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, was notified on 12 March 2025 that:

• Klaas van der Leest, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 33,750 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of 147.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Van der Leest’s total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,051,918 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.8% of the Company’s total voting rights.

• Nitil Patel, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 3,250 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 150 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Patel’s total beneficial interest in the Company is 43,396 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company’s total voting rights.
