Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, confirms that its 2019 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting, were posted to shareholders on 2 July and 2 August 2019 respectively. The documents are available to download from the Company’s website https://ir.intercede.com/company/investor-relations/results-reports-presentations/.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 18 September 2019 at the Company’s offices at Lutterworth Hall, St. Mary’s Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4PS.
