Intercede, a cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, announces that following an in-depth process it has appointed Cooper Parry Group Limited as its auditors with immediate effect.

BDO LLP has resigned as the Company’s auditors and confirms that there are no issues relating to their resignation which should be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors.  The Board wish to thank BDO LLP for its services and support.
